Description
Statistical Quality Control is not a new concept, yet many laboratories fail to implement an effective quality control strategy. For some, the statistical concepts are a hindrance. For others, the magnitude of effort required to change from current practices is overwhelming. This module presents the basics of statistical quality control in an easy to understand and relatable fashion. Using examples from the real world, the concepts of central tendency, variability, control limits, statistical multi-rules, and the ever-popular Levey-Jennings charts will become second nature.
